All goods are produced by Print Foundry and delivered by their chosen delivery partner (currently DPD).
As all orders are printed on your chosen material on demand, please allow 7 – 10 days for your piece to be produced and a further 3 days for delivery to be completed.
You must inform us as quickly as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
